Return Policy

While we do not currently offer refunds, we recognize that things happen and sometimes things do not work out. Savvy Strutz will be happy to offer you a store credit, should you encounter any issues with your order. 

No changes will be made once an order has been placed.

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. 

NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS.  RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Return items MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

All items must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, and our "Do not remove this tag" tag. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume.

All items returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee.

Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to customer.

Final Sale

Final Sale items are not returnable for store credit.

Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a coupon sent via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends).

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
